Cancellation Policy for

The Paediatric Psychology Practice

At The Paediatric Psychology Practice, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure fairness to both clients and our practitioners, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance will incur the full session fee.

Emergency Cancellations

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or an urgent matter, please contact us as soon as possible.

• In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

• You can cancel or reschedule by emailing us at drmegan@theppp.uk

• If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate, but your session may need to be shortened.

Refunds & Payments

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days.
