Cancellation Policy

At The Paediatric Psychology Practice, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure fairness to both clients and our practitioners, we kindly ask to have at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance will incur the full session fee.
